FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What is LEVEL?

LEVEL is an interval training fitness studio. We offer 1 hour classes with drop in child-care for those that need it. When you walk in the doors, you can expect good energy, fun people and a good sweat. Be prepared for ever changing workouts that compliment all parts of your body depending on the focus of the day. Our goal is to help you become healthier physically and mentally, one class at a time.

What equipment do you use?

We have 12 treadmills along the back of the gym and 12 fit-benches that we use for our floor workouts. We have Woodway treadmills that are built with rubber slats, making the running surface softer for joints and connective tissues. Our fit-benches contain weights from 5lb-35lb so each individual can work at their own level.

Do you have locker rooms?

We have lockers for you to store your things while in class and offer a shower for those that need to head out directly afterwards.

What is the minimum age for childcare?

Minimum age is 3 months old. Please come prepared with your own diapers and wipes, snacks, bottles etc.  A quick reminder, if your child is sick please keep them home to avoid getting other kids sick.  Thank you!

What is your cancelation policy?

We require a six(6) hour cancelation policy before the start of class. For 6 am classes, we require that you cancel by 8 pm the night before. You can easily cancel or reschedule on our website or app.

How do I sign up for a class?

You can sign up for our classes using the link on our website or download our studio app. You will create a personal account and be able to choose from many class package options.

How does a waitlist work?

Once a class is full the waitlist is automatically prompted. If you make it off the waitlist and into the class you will be sent a text and an email to notify you that you are now in the class. You can very easily decline or accept so that we know if you will be attending or not.

Can I take a class if I am pregnant?

Working out while pregnant is a personal choice and something to be discussed with your doctor. That being said, the cardio and the floor workouts in our LEVEL classes can be modified for those that are pregnant, making it very doable for all stages of a pregnancy.

Can I still take a class if I have an injury?

An injury affecting your physical capabilities should be cleared with a doctor before you start a workout program. Because we are group fitness classes and not one on one personal trainers it is difficult to customize an entire class to individual injuries. We recommend you take precaution and modify your workout depending on the specific limitations due to your injury.

Are your classes for all levels?

YES! Our classes are for everyone. We welcome people of all levels and encourage people to do what is right for them. Because everyone is on their own treadmill and bench, they can adjust their level based on personal strength and comfort. If something is too fast, slow down. If something is too easy, pick up a heavier weight. Its that simple.

What is the difference between the different class types?

Each class has a different title, full body, lower body and upper body/abs. These are the focus of each day. Full body will be a mix of all things, giving you a complete full body workout. Lower body day will be more of a focus on legs, upper body focusing more on arms and abs. The goal is to give you a week full of balanced workouts.

How do I cancel a class?

You can cancel a class on our website, app or give the studio a call.

When is your schedule released?

Schedule will be released Mondays at 12:00 pm.

Do you offer private classes/events at the location?

What do I need to wear to class?

We recommend workout clothes, something easy to sweat in. Shorts or spandex and a light t-shirt or tank are recommended. Running shoes are also recommended to prevent discomfort for long distances on the treadmill.
